Job Purpose
The Services Sales Executive is responsible for selling Dell's full range of Solution and Service lines (DMS; ICS as well as other internally / externally developed or acquired capabilities) to new and existing customers. Service and relationship focused, the individual will identifiy, plan, drive and close all Value Added Sales (Pro-Manage; Pro Consult) opportunities in conjunction with the Account Executive.
The Service Sales Executive works on multiple projects concurrently and maps / translates the customer's business requirements into Dell offerings and communicates their business benefits. Capable to present DELL's capabilities & benefits at C-Level to address technological (CIO), Financial (CFO) and strategic (CEO) concerns. Furthermore, a large portion of time will be spent on direct customer engagement as well as providing expert guidance and direction to the wider sales community. This position will be based at Dells office in Olso, Norway.

Qualifications
Relevant Knowledge & Skills
* You have 3-10 years experience in similar roles and have a broad understanding of services and technology in the industry
* You have strong track record in selling consultancy services or complex, managed projects
* You have strong negotiation skills and have the ability to build confidence rapidly with customers
* You have strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
* You are a strong team player with attention to detail without losing the "big picture"
* You have the ability to excel in the administrative and operational requirements of the job
* You are experienced and proficient at working to CIO and next two levels down
* Advantages to have Technical background as Solution Architect or Project Manager or Program Exec in one of the Dell ICS practices arena ( Microsoft, Storage, Server consolidation & virtualization,..) and/or Managed Services area.
