Department credit and customer updating will help to ensure that the Post's claims handled by ensuring that the Post's customer at any time is a complete and high quality data, and that credit provision to clients is done according to the Post's guidelines for credit.
We are looking for people who are service minded and customer oriented to the position as Senior Advisor in the newly created credit department under the Executive Staff Finance and Finance.
The department will be located at the Post's Center for Gods Alnabru, and will consist of a total of 11 persons.
Responsibilities:
* Credit Expert advice
* Super User OEBS - CM
* The credit analysis of customers with emphasis on major customer, and complex analysis
* The credit monitoring of existing customers
* Managing daily credit freeze
* Participation in project work
* Participation in the test work at the system
* Deputy Director for
* Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
* 3 - year college with an emphasis on finance, credit. (Relevant experience can compensate for the formal competence)
* Good economic understanding and the credit professional insight
* Knowledge of postal operations is desirable
* Experience from the use of financial systems (Oracle) and general use of office applications
* Experience with customer service
* Assumes fluent Norwegian language skills and spoken English
