Senior Controller

An international challenging position

Jelco AS is seeking a Senior Controller with international experience, preferably from the process industry.​

You will report to the Managing Director and will have the responsibility for the implementation of new local companies and full economical reporting in Jelco and other daughter companies.​

Areas of responsibility:

* Implement local companies in accordance with our contracts with the end client.​

* Support and participate in negotiation with customers to establish new agreements such as Power Purchase Agreement, Fuel Supply Agreement and Operation & Maintenance Agreement

* Actively follow up and report on existing business

* Establish and develop professional relations towards local authorities and clients

* Contribute to Jacobsen Elektro in development of new projects

Education and Experience:

* International experience and reference from building up new companies, preferably form developing countries

* Controller experience at a senior level

* Higher economical or business education and commercial experience

* Legal knowledge is an advantage

Personal Qualifications:

* Proactive and strong result orientation

* Strong and professional business skills

* Structured and analytical

* Personal integrity

* Ability to adapt to new situations

General requirements:

* Written and verbal fluency in English – and preferably in French

* Strong motivation and drive

* Ability and desire to travel 60–90 days per year
