Project Information Manager

We have an open position as "Project Information Manager" in the business function "Engineering & Technology, which is a part of the "Energy Development & Services" business area in Aker Solutions.

The Information Management department (IM) in Stavanger includes IM managers in projects, LCI / DFO co-coordinators, and multidiscipline application co-ordinators and document management resources.

Role and responsibilities:

* the overall perfomance of activities in projects related to Information Management (IM)

* sourcing and follow - up of IT /IS services delivered

* filing / storage, handling, status monitoring, quality- control and reporting of project documents and technical data

* follow - up IT /IS, Document Management (DCC) and LCI / DFO matters in the projects

Qualifications:

* preferably BSc / MSc / MBA or long relevant experience

* experience in use of Central Projects Systems (i.e. SAP, MIPS, Project Wise, SPS etc.)

* understanding information streams / dependences within CPS portofolio

* detail knowledge of customers LCI / DFO requirement and expectations

* experience from the oil- and gas industry

* experience from EPCIC projects and proejct management team is an advantage

* knowledge of methods and working processes applied in multidiscipline project work

* high communication and cooperative skills

* good knowledge of English and / or Scandinavian languages
