FINNISH Tele Account Manager

The Tele Account Managers are required to sell a range of product to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. In doing so, they will provide our customers with a professional and courteous service, whilst establishing long-term customer relationships.

Meghen Group Support Service is currently recruiting NORWEGIAN Tele Account Managers for a client - a multinational outsourcing company based in Ireland. For their new projects starting in November we are looking for a person like YOU to work in Dundalk.

• The Tele Account Manager’s rate of pay will be €346.92 per week, plus sales commission between €170 and €450 per week. Wages are paid on a weekly basis

Requirements:

• Good telephone manner: courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive

• Be fluent in Norwegian and also in English

• Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability

• Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company

• Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure

• Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages

• Possess good communication and listening skills with a pleasant telephone manner

• Possess good problem solving skills

• Be a good team player

Duties:

• Manage and maintain a database of accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targets

• Strengthen existing relationship with its high-value customers

• Discover how customers use their promotional products and prepare consultative promotional solutions to meet each customer’s unique situation

• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to meet customer expectations

• Participation in product projects when required
